2. Order Accuracy & Shipping Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to review all shipping and pickup information carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect Addresses: LUX is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Reshipping Fees: Orders returned to LUX due to incorrect address entry or failure to pick up will require additional shipping fees to be resent.
3. Product Safety & Liability
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety guidelines:
Candle Safety: Candles must be burned within sight on a heat-safe surface, kept away from flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets.
Limitation of Liability: LUX is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the improper use of our products, including but not limited to improper candle burning or storage of perishable goods.
4. Heat-Sensitive Items
Certain LUX products, including chocolate confections and specific candle components, are sensitive to heat.
Customer Choice: During warmer months or when shipping to warm climates, expedited shipping is strongly recommended.
Assumption of Risk: LUX is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes that occur during transit.
5. Returns & Refunds
Edible Goods: Due to their perishable nature, all food items are final sale.
Non-Edible Goods: Unused candles and merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s shipping expense.
Damages: Issues with damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with photo documentation.
6. Local Pickup
Orders selected for local pickup must be collected within 7 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Orders not collected within this window may be canceled or refunded at our discretion, minus a potential restocking fee.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, product descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of LUX and may not be used or reproduced without express written consent.
