At LUX, we stand behind the quality of our artisan goods. Because many of our products are handcrafted or perishable, we have established the following guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
Returns & Refunds
Edible & Perishable Goods
To maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, all sales of edible products are final. This includes our flavored almonds, toffee, and any other food items. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have left our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your experience is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in your shipment, we are here to make it right.
Notification: Please contact us at luxnutss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Documentation: To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit to ensure you can enjoy the Lux experience as intended.
Non-Edible Items (Candles & Merchandise)
Return Window: Non-edible items, such as candles and branded merchandise, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exclusions: If a non-edible item arrives damaged, please follow the "Damaged Orders" process above, and we will cover the cost of the replacement.

How to Initiate a Return
