Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $80. For orders under $80, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.

Contact us immediately! If the order hasn't shipped, we will do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, LUX is not responsible for the misdelivery, and additional fees may apply to reship the items if they are returned to us.

Some of our products, including chocolate confections and candles, are heat-sensitive. During warmer months we pack our more sensitive products in insulated bags, but in addition to this we strongly recommend selecting Expedited Shipping. LUX is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes once an order has shipped.

We offer local pickup in Payson. If you would like to pick up your order, you can select pickup upon checking out.

Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification with specific pickup details and the address once your order is ready.

Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your "Ready for Pickup" email. Orders not picked up within this window may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.

Our signature almonds and confections are crafted in a facility that handles tree nuts, milk, soy, and wheat. While we follow strict cleanliness protocols, cross-contamination is possible. Please refer to individual product pages for specific ingredient details.

To ensure a safe and clean burn, always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Always burn on a stable, heat-safe surface.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with photos of the issue. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit.

Due to the perishable nature of our edible products, all food items are final sale. Non-edible items (like unlit candles or merchandise) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
