We aim to get your Lux favorites into your hands as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days.
Business Hours: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Peak Seasons: During holiday or high-volume seasons, please allow for a slightly extended processing window.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping across the United States.
Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $80.
Standard Rates: For orders under $80, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination and carrier.
Delivery Estimates: Transit times vary by carrier and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our studio.
Note: LUX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control once the package has left our facility.
Heat-Sensitive Items
Warmer Months: During the summer or when shipping to warmer climates, we strongly recommend selecting Expedited Shipping to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Liability: LUX is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes once an order has been shipped. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly upon delivery to avoid exposure to the elements.
Some of our most loved products including our chocolates, toffee, and specific candle components are sensitive to high temperatures.
Local Pickup
For our local customers, we offer convenient, free pickup in Payson, UT.
Select the Local Pickup option at checkout.
Wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email (typically sent within 1–3 business days). This email will contain specific instructions and address details.

Timeline: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your notification.
Unclaimed Orders: Orders not collected within the 7-day window may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
